BJP Narendra Modi with their ingrained hatred philosophy against Muslims and Christians want to bring up Uniform Civil Code in India. Uniform Civil Code sounds good but their version would not be secular, their age old traditions listed in Manusmriti Codex which preaches hatred against women and backward class people, which preaches caste system and untouchability, which is glorified in BJP because of their RSS (Hindu Taliban) roots. This they want to become Uniform Civil Code, just the name of this codex would be replaced with Uniform Civil Code and imposed over Secular India.

BJP states that it is the Constitution of India which asks state to endeavor for a Uniform Civil Code in India, so they must bring in such a code. Currently, due to India’s plurality and secularism, personal matters i.e. marriage, divorce, inheritance, adoption, charity, donation etc are governed by personal laws of respective religions. Although, Constitution asks the state to endeavor, it never asks to impose drastically; it only asks to try it gradually. This concept comes from ‘Directive Principle to the State Policy’ part of Constitution, which is not a part of primary importance.

Fundamental Rights as part of Constitution are of prime importance. But, it is an open truth where India stands when it comes to application of fundamental rights. A vast number of people still struggle for food, clean water, proper clothes and shelter; people are devoid of educational and medical facilities. Fundamental rights are guaranteed to every citizen, yet to be accomplished up to the last Indian, and whole BJP under Narendra Modi is struggling to expand their vicious philosophy and transform India into a Hindu Rashtra (Hindu Talibanisation of India) which is their dream project.

Uniform Civil code is a paradox in Indian constitution as per what I understand. That is because on one hand India is a federation under the same constitution with states having their own governments. The central government has no right to make laws on subjects listed in state list. Every state has its own law on those subjects, which one comes to know when one travels from one state to another, liquor is banned in this state allowed in the next, beef is banned in this state allowed in the next. So where is the uniformity?

Such uniform civil codes are suitable for countries which are unitary and not a federation, like Bangladesh, where there are no state governments, a single central government makes laws on all issues, and it get uniformly applied to every corner of such country. Then too, I don’t feel, idea of Uniform Civil code should be scrapped from our constitution. We should leave the topic for future generation, and should concentrate on eminent problems in front of us.

Uniform Civil Code is already present in genesis stage in India; we have a civil marriage act, through which people belonging to two different religions can marry. This code never prohibits people from same religion to marry as per this act. Supporters of BJP and Narendra Modi when they marry why don’t they boycott their religious marriage code and marry as per civil marriage act to support their this philosophy, they would never do that, because that is never their intention, their intention is solely communalization.

There are Hindu codes; Hindu marriage act, Hindu divorce act, Hindu succession act, Hindu adoption act, Hindu joint family act, only Hindus can avail their provisions, no Muslim or Christian can avail their provisions. Muslim personal Laws were enacted in 1938 in British era, while Hindus acts were enacted after independence in 1950s. So why BJP or Narendra Modi never talks about Hindu codes why they are always busy to project Muslim laws in bad light?

Recently, Pakistan passed Hindu personal law bill in their parliament, so their minority Hindus could benefit and make their lives better. Had Pakistan not done this then too, it couldn’t be objected as they have declared their country as Islamic republic, yet they bought it. BJP and paid channels who from morning to night chant: modi modi modi, showed this thing in very positive light, and supported it. It was a good thing and we all must support that. But these same Modi brigade and BJP who support Hindu personal law in Islamic Pakistan are objecting to Muslim and Christian personal laws in Secular India?

India is a country where concept of ‘Unity in Diversity’ rules. We should respect our colourful India image, and let this Narendra Modi, BJP’s cheap tactic to gain votes fail drastically. The whole World should know about the kind of mindset Modi and BJP have. This Narendra Modi is talking about protection of rights of Muslim women who himself has deserted his wife. Modi was Chief Minister of Gujarat for three terms, had filed marital information on election papers, finally when he was filing election papers for Parliaments election as BJP’s PM candidate, people came to know he has a deserted wife, at least, neither he nor his party has any moral right to preach what they themselves don’t practice!

Paris Attacks!

I strongly condemn the brutal terrorist attacks carried out in Paris. Our world needs the end of ISIS. No religion teaches killing. Even Holy Qur'an openly declares that to kill an innocent person amounts to killing of all humanity, the terrorist have no religion they dont even have humanity. My deepest sympathies and condolence with the bereaved families, RIP the departed souls! Je suis avec la France contre les attaques a Paris!

Every breath that you inhale is your next step towards your ultimate death! Man becomes so busy in his life that he misses out to notice that his coffin has arrived in market! When you have earned so much money that you cannot spend all the money in your entire lifetime then you merely become a watchman on our own money for someone who would use it after your death!

When I look at man, I wonder what sort of species the Creator has created, what proud man has over him! He looks with balls of mere fats, he hears with mere hole in a bone, he talks with merely a piece of muscle, his best dish is vomit of a bee (honey), and his best cloth is saliva of an insect (silk)!

Stupid is a person who could not make few friends in his life and more stupid is that person who loses his friend after making friend due any of his action! When you want to make a lifelong true friendship make also a graveyard in your heart when you start a friendship so that you can bury all mistakes of your friend in that! Don’t break your friendship with a friend over some of his shortcomings when you needed him, you don’t know what your friend might had been going through in his life and in all this you’d lose a friend.

When someone close to you is upset with you and you’re sure enough that he believes you’d sure re-patch with him, then don’t break their this proud conviction about you! Don’t judge your friend’s friendship with financial level, I’m sure enough most of the time loyal friends are rather poor. Don’t get frustrated with your friend’s frequent demands from you, take pride that it is you through whom God is providing them their needs! Be such a friend that when you’re with your friends they enjoy their time and when you’re not among them they miss you out.

A good wife treats her husband as a king and thus herself becomes a queen, a stupid wife treats her husband as manservant and thus herself becomes a maid. The upbringing of your children starts the moment you propose a woman for marriage! Your child is your toy from birth up to seventh year, from seventh year to fourteenth year your child will behave as an obedient slave after fourteenth year onwards your child is either your friend or your enemy! Never force your children to behave like you, for you were born for a different period and they were born for a different period.

Patience is such a vehicle that it will never let you fall, neither let you fall in someone’s opinion nor on someone’s feet! The best revenge is to develop further your own positives! To ask from God is bravery, if He gives you it’s His mercy, if he doesn’t than it’s part of His major plan, to ask from creature is cowardice, if they give you it’s their favour on you, and if they don’t then you’re ashamed in front of them! Never stop from donating less because not donating at all will be worse. Never say ‘no’ to a beggar for he has already gone down so much to beg at least don’t make him fall beyond that level! 

A person who after going to visit someone returns without any food or drink then it makes no difference whether the person visited another person or returned from a graveyard! Plant at least one tree in your life! Don’t become such a non-vegetarian that your stomach becomes a graveyard of animals! Any day during which you don’t commit any wrong is a day of festival for you, so celebrate such days!

There are four types of people, the first ones are the one who don’t know and don’t know that they don’t know, these are fools keep safe from them. The second ones are the one who don’t know but know that they don’t know, these are ignorant so educate them. The third ones are one who know but don’t know that they know, these are with sleeping minds so enlighten them. The fourth ones are the one who know and know that they know, these are wise so follow them!

Narendra Modi, a threat upon India and World!

Narendra Modi the incumbent PM of India won a sweeping victory on promises of ‘Achhe Din’ literally translated as ‘better days’, he asked Indians to vote for his party in order to bring in ‘Achhe Din’. Why was Modi chosen as PM candidate by Bhartiya Janta Party/ BJP, which itself is political wing of RSS a right wing ‘Hindutva’ organisation, it’s a big question, which Shiv Sena Modi’s ally party answered few days back, their person said: Modi came to be known only because of Godhra. Godhra, a place in Gujarat where riots happened in 2002, killing hundreds of Muslims, burning settlements, gang raping women, killing people, it resulted in death of hundreds of Muslims along with Hindus, under Modi as CM of Gujarat.

Narendra Modi is accused by many for organising the riots and for not taking proper legal actions being the CM of the state; Modi got a clean chit from judiciary and thus it paved way to become PM. The big question is why Shiv Sena claimed Narendra Modi is known by the people only because of Godhra? Another one is, why the then BJP PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee criticised Narendra Modi for not observing ‘Raj Dharm’ that is Official duty? Comming back to ‘Hindutva’ which RSS promotes could be roughly understood as Hindu version of Afghanistan’s Taliban, they want India to become officially a Hindu country instead of Secular Democracy. Narendra Modi is a lifelong student of RSS.

Narendra Modi became PM, people, millions of poor people thought Modi will bring in some good days for them as a messiah, as was he promoted by BJP in election campaign. What he did? He started to tour the world spending billions of rupees; no other previous PM ever spent so much on fruitless foreign tours. He started to take highest amount of money as salary, Modi is one of world’s highest paid PMs in the World, Modi always tries to degrade Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif as inefficient, Nawaz takes 1 rupee per month and Modi takes 160000 rupees per month, Indian rupee is almost double in value of Pakistani Rupee. Modi starts to wear 1000000 rupees suits while asking Indian children to donate money from their piggy banks to ‘PM’s Funds for poor’. All this is happening when half of India is undergoing drought, farmers are committing suicide on daily basis for mere 10000 to 15000 rupees, and Modi decriminalises suicide attempt, amazing! Bollywood actors like Nana Patekar donated huge sum to such farmers while Modi was on his foreign tour clicking selfies.

When Modi stepped in Parliament for the first time as PM, he prostrated and cried on door steps of parliament and declared he has immense faith in parliament and constitution, when parliament session starts and Modi government is put to question the irony is that, that Modi remains absent from the parliament, he is somewhere in foreign land clicking selfies and doing self promotion.

Modi came to power by promising ‘vikas’ the development, what we see in India under him is ‘vinash’ the destruction, the tolerance and secularism are vanishing away while Hindutva is flourishing, Modi is silent! Church Attacks are organised, Churches are burnt, crucifixes are broken and Modi’s Finance Minister Arun Jaitley says they are nothing more than local petty crimes. Modi’s Home minister Rajnath Singh openly asks in parliament why can’t conversion be stopped and proposes a law against conversion? All this to bring an end to Christian Missions in India!

Dalits, the low caste Hindus as they are called are suffering under Modi regime, they are asked not to leave Hindusim by Modi brigade various tactics are used against them on large scale, but within Hindusim they are maltreated, they are considered untouchable, all though it’s a crime under Constitution but its quiet rampant in India against Dalits. Recently, a 90 year old Dalit man was burnt alive, his crime was just that he entered temple being a dalit, this incident happened in Harimpur and Modi is silent!

It seems an official war has been declared upon Muslims of India, Muslim culture and Muslim cuisine are some or other how being banned after Modi came to power, Muslim sacrifice of bulls on Eid ul Adha festival are made illegal with 10 years rigorous imprisonment. Muslims are asked to give up eating non-vegetarian just to please Jain community, from where huge amount of funds comes to Modi’s party. A person who serves in Indian Air Force, his 50 years old father is killed by throwing bricks on him just for suspicion that he had eaten beef by Narendra Modi’s political supporters, President of India, Vice-President of India strongly condemned such Hindutva barbarism, and seeing pressure mounting on him, Modi said such incidents are beyond his jurisdiction, this story ends with again an another Muslim killed on suspicion of carrying beef.

A Muslim member of assembly is beaten for giving a lunch party where beef is served. Another Modi’s supporter in Agra, by name Balmiki demands instant ban on non-vegetarian diet of Muslims, else he threatens to put 100s of pigs inside Mosques. BJP’s CM Khattar orders Muslims to give up eating non-vegetarian dishes else their nationality would be cancelled, Modi remains silent! This all happens when under Modi India becomes top Beef exporter and Modi’s agent Sanjeev Som runs a beef factory.

Narendra Modi accuses Pakistan of interfering in internal matters of India, but now Modi is planning to give citizenship to only Hindus from Pakistan, aren’t Muslims in Pakistan oppressed as well? This all Modi does to serve ‘Hindutva’. This Modi who shouted in campaigns that he will bring heads of Pakistani soldiers for every Indian soldier they kill, has he bought any, no! Nepal declared itself a secular country and Narendra Modi via-via scolds Nepal’s assembly, cut of their supply, Nepal declare it interference in internal matters of Nepal. Maldives warned India under Modi’s regime to stop interfering in internal matters of their country. South Africa lodged a case against Modi in International court of Justice. Modi’s regime is spoiling World peace, and when John Kerry, the Foreign secretary of United States of America shows worry on communal development in India and rise in intolerance, Modi’s government declares it interference in internal affairs of India, what double standard Modi plays!

Dues to rise in intolerance and cold bloodshed of minorities when intellectuals and writers return official awards as a protest, Narendra Modi’s FM Arun Jaitley says this action tantamount to mutiny against India by writers and intellectuals, another Modi’s man the culture minister of India asks writers and intellectuals should stop writing itself. Modi talked about protection of women, now innocent baby girls, teenage girls are raped and gang raped on routine basis in Delhi and Modi is silent, on Dadri Issue Modi shamelessly justifies self saying: it’s beyond his jurisdiction, and what about rape cases when Delhi Police is under Modi’s jurisdiction?

Finally, the kind of inflation India is going through under Narendra Modi is terrific; every basic necessary food items are going out of reach of poor Indians and Modi talks about running bullet trains and making a digital India. What about hunger malnutrition, and Modi will start to blame former PM, when former PM was an economist reformer who reformed India during 1991, had been governor of Reserve Bank of India, where as Modi sings songs about his being tea vender, in that case how can Modi blame former PM, where is Modi’s policy? Ram Jethmailani, the veteran lawyer, ex-minister highlighted the fact about how Modi cheated India and must be opposed. In a country like India where Beef Ban, Meat Ban, Chicken Ban, Egg Ban are imposed upon people, in a country where many people are vegetarian, under Modi’s regime it’s seeing chicken is cheaper then daal (lentils) the core dish for almost every Indian.

Is this progress? Are these ‘Achhe Din’, the better days? Is this development? Is this tolerance?
