Tera Muttaahida Riyaasat Amrika ka muttafik Iqraar-naama.

Jab kabhi insaaniyat ki taarikh me, kisi ek qaum ke liye ye zaruri ho jaata hai ke wo radd karde us siyaasi majmue ko jisse ke wo ab tak jude rahe hou, aur ose tabdil karde kisi aur majmue se, aur haasil karle Zamin ke ikhteyaaraat, jo ke alaahida magar baraabar martaba rakhte hae, jinhe ke qudrati nizaam aur iske Khuda ne inhe faraaham kiya ho, insaani fikr ka ehteraam baaki rahe, is liye ye zaruri ho jata hai ke un wajuhaat ko bhi waazae kar diya jaaye jo is alaahidgi ki zimmedaar hae.

Hum in haqiqat ko waazae maante hae, ke har insaan ek dusre ke baraabar khalq kiya gaya hae, aur Khaaliq ne har kisi ko kuch naaghurez haquq ata kiye hae, aur inhi me se hae Zindaghi, Azaadi aur Talabe Khush-haali ke haquq.

Aur inhi haquq ke tahhaffuz ke khaatir, insaano ke darmiyaan hukumat ka qayaam kiya jaata hae, jise ke apne ikhteyaarat un logou ki raza se haasil hote hae, jinpar ise qaayam kiya jaata hae, jab bhi kabhi koi hukumat in maqsad ke mutalliq tabaah kun rawaiyya ikhteyaar kar leti hae, tou logou ka ye haq hae ke aesi hukumat ko tabdil karde ya ose khatm hi kar de, aur nayi hukumat qayaam kare, jiski bina wohi usul ho, aur nayi hukumat ke ikhteyaarat is tariqe se munazzim karde ke iske logou ko is baat ka mukammal itmenaan ho jaaye ke is hukumat ke nataaij me inki hifaazat aur khush-haali hogi.

Beshaq, duur-andeshi is mutalliq agaah karaati hae ke, ek muddat se qaayam hukumat ko kuch mukhtasar aur fuzul wajuhaat ki bina par tabdil nahi kiya jaana chaahiye, taarikh is baat ki gawaah hae ke, halaake buraayi iski zyada mustahiq hoti hae ke ose past kiya jaaye, insaaniyat hi ho past maandaghi ka saamna karna padh jaata hae, ye sab iske bajaaye ke wo khud ke haalaat durust kar sakte aese nizaam ka khaatma kar ke jiske mutaabik wo dhal chuke hou. Magar jab be-izzati aur ghasab ka ek tawil silsila ho, ek zaahir si tartib ho jo isi maqsad me musalsal masruf rahe ke kis tarha past kar diya jaye unhe ek mukammal taanaashaahi ke paaye tale, tab ye unka haq hae, unki zimme-daari hae, ke wo ukhaad phenke aesi hukumat, aur muqarrar karde naye muhafizeen apni mustaqbil ki hifaazat ke khaatir.

Kis tarha se sabr ke sath in riyaasat ne saaha hae; par ab aesi zarurat aan padi hae jisne unke saamne koi aur dighar raah hi baaki nahi rakhi, siwaaye iske ke wo tabdil karde apne purane hukumati nizaam ko. Bartaaniya ke maujuda badshah ki taarikh ek aesi taarikh hae ke jisme musalsal zakhm aur ghasab shaamil hae, in tamaam shar ka mehez ek hi maqsad hae in riyaasat par ek mukammal taanaashaahi ka qayaam. Is baat ko saabit karne ke waaste, adl pasand duniya ke saamse sabut haazir kiye jaa rahe hae.

Us ne, un qawaanin jo ke awaam ki falaah ke liye nihayat hi aeham aur zaruri the, unhe apni manzuri dene se inkaar kar diya

Us ne apne Subeh-daaro ko fauri aur nihaayat hi aeham qawaanin tak ko manzuri dene se rok rakha hae, us waqt tak ma’attal rakhe jaaye aur laagu na kiye jaa sake jab tak ke uski khud ki manzuri na haasil kar li jaaye; ma’attal hone ki surate haal me bhi, us ne inhe mukammal taur se nazar andaaz kar daala.

Us ne awaam ke liye bade zil’ou ki takmil ke dighar qawaanin ko manzuri dene se inkaar kar diya, us waqt tak jab tak ke log qaanun saazi me numaaindaghi ke apne haq ko tark na kar de, ek aesa haq jo ke logou ke liye tou besh qimati hota hae magar sirf zaalim hi us se khauf-zadah hote hae.

Us ne qaanun saaz jam’aat ko aese maqaamaat par haazir karwaaya jo ke naa-munasib, dushwaar, aur awaam ke ma’lumaat shumaar idaare se dur daraaz hua karte the, mehez is maqsad ke tehat taake dushwaar ho kar uski paimaaish qubul kar le.

Us ne musalsal Majlise Numaaindaghi ko maazul kiya, is bina par ke awaam ke haquq me uski beja dakhal ki mardana pukhtaghi ke saath mukhaalifat ki gayi.

In Maazuliyaat ke baad bhi, ek tawil arse tak, dighar araaqin ko chun liye jaane se roke rakha, jiski bina hi par qaanun-saazi ke ikhteyaaraat, jinhe kabhi khatm hi nahi kiya jaa sakta, ab awaam ke haatho me hi laut aate hae, taake in ikteyaaraat ki takmil ho sake; is surate-haal me mulk par ghair-mulki hamle aur andruni baghaawat ka khatra mandra raha hae.

Usne Shiddat se koshish ki taake wo rok sake in riyaasat ki awaam ko; isi maqsad ke tehat usne rukaawat paida ki un qawaanin me jo ke ghair-mulki baashindo ko shehriyat faraaham karte hae; dighar logou ko aamodaraft ki ijaazat nahi di jisse ke unhe himmat milti taake wo yeha hijrat kar sake, naahi nayi zamin ki malkiyat ke haalaat behtar kiye.

Adaalati ikhteyaaraat wazaaye kiye jaane ke waaste qawaanin ko apni manzuri dene se inkaar karke usne Adaalat ke intezaamaat me rukaawat khadi ki

Us ne tamaam qaadi ko unki muddate mulaazimat, unki tankhawaah ki rakam aur adaaygi ke mutalliq sirf khud ka mohtaaj bana rakha hae.

Usne kayi saare naye daftar qaayam kiye, aur apne kaarkoon ke jamghat hamaare yeha bhej diye taake wo hamaari awaam ko dara dhamka sake aur unka niwaala chhin sake.

Usne, amn ke waqt me bhi hamaare darmiyan, hamaari majaalis ki manzuri ke baghair ek sargarm fauj maujud rakhi.

Usne aese asraat paida kiye hae jinki bina par fauz diwaani ikhteyaarat se bhi azaad ho jaaye.

Usne ghair tanzim ke saath milkar hume aese hudud ke supurd kiya jo ke hamaare aain ke madde nazar ghair-mulki the aur hamaare qawaanin se taslim shuda nahi the; in tanzim ki qaraar-daad ko apni manzuri de dekar ose qaanun saazi sabit karne ki chaal chali:

Taake kasir afwaaj hamare darmiyan la kar khadi kar sake:

Taake, farzi muqaddamaat ke zariye, in afwaaj ko bachaaya jaa sake, un qatale-aam se jo wo in riyaasat ke baashindou ka karte hou:

Taake Duniya ke dighar hissou se hamaari Tijaarat ko khatm kar diya jaaye:

Taake hamaari razaa-mandi ke baghair hi humpar zarb laagu kiya jaa sake:

Taake qayi saare muqaddamaat me, sabut aur dalaail ki bina par samaat kiye jaane se hume mehroom rakh sake:

Taake hume farzi muqaddamaat ki sam’aat ke bahaane samandar ke paar le ja sake:

Taake pados ki riyaasat se Angrezi Qawaanin ka azaad nizaam khatm kiya jaa sake, uski jagah par man-maane qawaanin lagu kar sake, fir un riyaasat ke ehaate failaaye jaaye aur in tamaam ko fauran ki ek misaal baana kar pesh kar diya jaaye, aur fir isi misaal ke tehat hamaari riyaasat me bhi khud ki taanaashaahi ki shuruwaat kar sake

Taake hamaari qaraar-daad chhini ja sake, hamaare umdaah qawaanin ko khatm kiya ja sake aur hamaari in hukumat ke nizaam ko hi sire se tabdil kiya ja sake:

Taaki hamaare qaanun-saaz aewaan ma’attal kiye ja sake, aur khud ko un ikhteyaaraat rakhne ke qaabil hone ka aelaan kara sake jisse ke wo kisi bhi masaail par hum par qawaanin bana kar laagu kar sake.

Is aelaan ko karke ke hum uske tahhaffuz se khaarij kar diye gaye hae aur humare khilaaf aelaane jung karke, us ne khud hi ko yeha ki hukumat se maazul kar liya hae.

Us ne hamaare samandar me lut maar ki, hamaare saahil par tabaahi ki, hamaare qasbou ko jalaaya, aur hamaari awaam ki zindaghi barbaad ki.

Usne is waqt bhi deshshat-gardou ki kasir afwaaj rawaana kar rakhi hai taake wo anjaam tak pocha sake qatle-aam, tabaahi aur zulm ke us silsile ko, jise ke pehele hi se isne jabr aur barbaadi ke haalaat me shuru kiya tha, aese kaar-naame ki misaal barbar tarin zamaane me bhi shaayad hi mil sake, ye hae ek tahzib-yaafta mulk ka naa laayak sarbaraah.

Usne dur-daraaz samandar me qaidi banaaye huwe hamaare apne hi logou ko apne hi mulk ke khilaaf hathyaar uthaane par majbur kar diya, taake wo apne hi dostou aur baraadaraan ka qatle-aam kar sake, ya fir apne hi logou ke hathou se qatl kar diye jaaye.

Us ne hamaare darmiyaan me bhi gharelu baghaawat ki hausla afzaai ki hae, aur shadid koshish ki hae taake wo hum par hamlaah aawar kar de hamaari sarhad paar ke un be-raeham wehshi Hindi dehshatgardou ko jinke hamle tamaam mardou, aurtou, jawanaan, buzurgh aur har tabke ke shakhs ko barbaad kar dete hae.

Jabr ke har aalam me humne masaail ke hal ke khaatir nihaayat hi aajizaana andaaz me ilteja ki: hamaari musalsal ilteja ke jawaab me hume zakhm milte rahe. Ek shehzaadah, jiske kirdaar ka har ek amal aesa hota hae jisse ke Zaalim ki wazaahat hoti hae, tou ye is qaabil nahi hae ke wo azaad awaam ka haakim ban sake.

Hum apne Angrezi Baraadaraan ki tawajjah ke bahaar nahi rahe hae, humne unhe waqt ba waqt aagah karaaya hae ke unke aewaan ke zariye hum par na qaabile qabul ikhteyaarat haasil karne ki koshish ho rahi hae. Hum ne unhe yaad dilaaya ke kin surate haal me humne yeha hijrat ki aur basti basaayi. Humne unke aabaayi adl aur sakhaawat ke saamne ilteja ki, humne unhe unke saath hamaare mushtarqa rishte aur ta’alluqaat ka hawaala diya ke wo in ghasab se parhez kare, jo ke, aakhir kaar unke saath hamaare ta’lluqaat aur khatou kitaabat ko dushwaar kar dega. Unho ne bhi nasli ta’alluqaat aur adl ki awaaz ki an-suni kardi. Isi bina par, hume, apni zaruriyaat ko madde nazar rakhte huwe, apni alaahidgi ka aelaan karna chaahiye, aur ab unhe is tarha hi samajhna chahiye, jaese ke hum dighar tamaan insaanou ko samajhte hae, jung me dushman, amn ke dost.

Is liye, Hum, muttaahida riyaasat Amrika ke numaainde, awaami majlis me, jama ho kar, apni niyat ki baqa ke khaatir Duniya ke Us Aala Qaadi ke saamne ilteja karte huwe, in riyaasat ki sharif awaam ke ba-naam aur baa-sanad, mukhlisaana aelaan pesh karte hae, ke jaesa ke inhe haq haasil hae, ye muttaahida Amriki riyaasat, ab se azaad aur khud mukhtaar mulk hae; Aur ye ke ye Bartaania ke Badshah ki har qism ki bayyat se bari ho chuke hae, aur ye ke har siyaasi ta’alluqaat jo inke aur Mulke Bartaania ke darmiyaan tha, jaesa ke hona bhi chaahiye ab mukammal taur se khatm ho chuka hae; aur ye ke Azaad aur Khud-Mukhtaar mulk ki haesiyat se, inke paas aelaane jung karne ke, sulaah karne ke, ta’alluqaat qaayam karne ke, tijaarat karne ke, aur har wo amal aur chiz karne ke jo ke azaad mulk apne haq se kar sakte hae unhe karne ke, mukammal inkhteyaaraat hae. Aur is Iqraar-naame ki himaayat ke khaatir, us Razzaaq ke tahaffuz par pukhta aetemaad karte hue, hum ek dusre ke khaatir qasm khaate hae apni Jaano ki, apne Maal ki aur apne muqaddas Waqaar ki.

'Bombay High Court' under Narendra Modi's communal paintbrush

BJP’s latest communal attack, they want to re-christen the name of ‘Hon. Bombay High Court’ and prestigious ‘Indian Institute of Technology- Bombay (IIT-B)’ to ‘Mumbai High Court’ and ‘Indian Institute of Technology- Mumbai (IIT-M)’ respectively, actually, BJP would someday even re-christen the word ‘re-christen’ to some Sanskrit word or ban and penalise its usage because it is an English word and doesn’t promote ‘Hindutva’ ideology (Hindutva: A radical Hindu ideology). ‘Bombay’ was re-christened to ‘Mumbai’, during their previous tenure to promote ‘Hindutva’ because ‘Mumbai’ is a Hindu goddess.

Indian Judiciary is an independent body and doesn’t come under the power of Union or States’ government, it consist of Hon. Supreme Court at apex subordinated by Hon. High Courts i.e. Bombay, Calcutta, Madras, Delhi, Allahabad etc. High courts do cover several states in their jurisdiction and are not limited up to a state. Since Indian states are organised on basis of languages, dominant ideologies in states should not be considered in judicial administration.

It was British government which developed the modern judiciary even before Indian Independence, this BJP & its allies who profess ‘Hindutva’ have done nothing for the cause of judiciary. They have no rights whatsoever to interfere in judicial system including judicial bodies. Neither BJP politicians nor their communal racist PM Narendra Modi ever did anything in their lives for the cause of judicial system, never made provisions to speed up judicial working, nor set up any new High Courts or likewise. Their only motto is to usurp other’s good works to their own credits, if these people are men of worth why don’t they set up new courts and name the court, they just continue to rename British structures to promote their venomous communal politics.

The constitution of India establishes the judicial system as an independent body; Narendra Modi’s government is a communal and racist government. BJP cabinet is continuously worried about how courts will react to their communal tactics and pogrom. They know courts are independent body and they can’t subdue judicial bodies. Thus, in a feat to show that they have the final say even over courts BJP now wants to re-christen the names of courts which were actually set by British prior to independence. It is just a gimmick that too to give a message that courts are not independent bodies but are under jurisdiction of their power, re-christening Hon. Bombay High Court to Mumbai High Court (Mumbai is a Hindu goddess) will surely give a message that India is not a secular country anymore but a ‘Hindu Rashtra/ Nation’ and that courts are sub-ordinate body of Executive government. It will open the doors for government to meddle with judicial system.

India is a Sovereign Country, but sovereignty doesn’t authorize one to play with history, culture and truth. We must at all cost recognise positive aspects of British government in India i.e. the Judiciary, Railways, Postal body, Legislature, Executive, Educational reforms, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals etc. Since, BJP professes ‘Hindutva’ it wants to destroy all British relics in India when they themselves are not worthy to set up any such agency, their core moral is theft. All British relics are now transformed in such a manner that they promote ‘Hindutva’ by changing names of each and everything in every nook and corner.

It was British who developed Bombay when it was nothing but a group of island, they set up docks, they set up navy, they set up industries, they set up railways, they electrified the city, they set up bus-tram transport, they set up Hospitals, they set up educational institutes, they set up gardens, they set up markets, they set up judiciary, they made marvellous architectures, they set up infra-structure because of which today Bombay is an international city, Bombay has an unbreakable link with British culture and thought. Thus any effort to wipe British relics and impose ‘Hindutva’ is playing with history, culture and truth in name of sovereignty. If these BJP politicians have guts they can establish a city and transform it to such a level that it challenges position of Bombay, this is impossible for them. Thus they turn to theft, theft of culture, history and truth by re-christenisation.

British government, The Common Wealth and Indian intellectuals should raise the issue on national and international level, and if necessary International bodies should take it seriously and stop all funds in name of heritage, because these people bring funds from international forum in name of preserving heritage and then use it against the very cause and actually wipe the heritage, over to that they use the funds to promote communal ‘Hindutva’.

The Honourable Supreme Court of India, hopefully, would take the issue seriously, since its although a mere re-christening it would give a wrong message to general people that executive government has power over judicial bodies. Moreover, Hon. Bombay High Court has jurisdiction not just over Bombay (Mumbai) but all over Maharashtra, Goa, NTs of Dadra-Nagar Haveli and Daman-Diu as well! Thus, why doesn’t Sadananda Gowda want to re-christen it to ‘Maharashtra and Goa High Court’, why specifically to ‘Mumbai High Court’? I along with many others pray to Hon. Supreme Court of India to sternly prevent Narendra Modi’s government from ‘Saffronising’ the outer decorum of Indian Judiciary, it is still so sorry to watch that gate of Bombay High Court has it written over it as just High Court (common noun)and not properly as ‘Bombay High Court’.

UNICEF, Red Cross Society and IMF please adopt or aid Syrian baby angel Adi Hudea!

I appeal to UNICEF, Red Cross’ Society and IMF’s community center, I had also sent e-mails to your organisations, that for the sake of humanity and peace adopt four year old baby girl Adi Hudea for her upbringing or send her mother reasonable amount of funds to help her raise the said baby.

As you too would be knowing that the baby lost her father in bombing, had to leave her home and is forced to live in a refugee camp for Syrians. We all who live in well to do places can’t imagine the trauma and pain this innocent angel would be facing.

I along with millions of people around the world are shocked since we saw her picture put up by Gaza Photojournalist Nadia Abu Shaban on Twitter and clicked by Photojournalist Osman Sagirli. It makes us cry to learn how this sweet angel confused the camera with a gun and raised her arms in surrender, it’s her age to play with dolls and she has to confront mistaken guns. How terrified she would have been, how her tiny heart would have beaten & reacted, look at her clothes they are torn, it’s really heart breaking.

This girl has silently asked us for help & support, we know it very well if we don’t help her how her future life, health and education would be, thus, I along with millions of people around the world with folded hands & tears in our eyes request your organisation to please either adopt her or send funds to her mother, this would be least we can do. I along with millions of others also seek such help & aid for other suffering babies around the world.

Don’t let this little angel Adi Hudea suffer more; let’s help her and others like her! Please!

Narendra Modi’s Nazi India

Do you remember: Hey Fuhrer? That was how Adolf Hitler was referred to by his followers of Nazi Party, similarly, Narendra Modi, incumbent Indian Prime Minister is being referred to by his BJP party followers as Har Har Modi! ‘Har Har Mahadev’ is actually Hindu religious slogan praising Hindu god Shiva, it is highest level of religious address; ‘Har Har Gangay’ is another slogan praising goddess river Ganga. BJP has started a cult personality of Narendra Modi and attributed him with ‘Har Har Modi’ slogan.

Nazi Party believed in ‘Nordic Aryan’ racial superiority, on same footsteps BJP preaches ‘Brahmin Aryan’ racial superiority, for thousands of years Dravidians the original ethnic people of India, now settled in Southern India were labelled as inferior race, when Aryans invaded India they had clashes with Dravidians resulting in Aryan victory. Aryan religion or ‘Vedic religion’ became monopoly of uppermost caste Brahmin, lowest caste ‘Shudra’ along with lower than lowest caste ‘Ati Shudra’ faced inhuman discrimination and untouchability. With Narendra Modi and BJP’s coming to power Dalits (once lower caste) have started to sense the revival of discrimination against them.

Just like Nazi party’s Anti-Semitism against Jews, Narendra Modi’s BJP government is practising open Anti-Muslim and Anti-Christian hatred. Nazi rule saw attacks on Jewish Synagogues & their political isolation, with coming of Narendra Modi’s BJP government Muslims saw attacks on their mosques, Christians saw attacks on Churches, Christians saw worst form of hatred where aged nuns were gang raped just for being Christian; Muslim and Christian minorities have already been culturally attacked by Narendra Modi’s BJP government and are now politically isolated and vulnerable to attack.

Amazing scenarios is when criminals involved in religious hatred are let free on grounds of insufficient proofs against them while the job to collect proofs remains with government. All such criminals are immediately granted high political posts. 750 Muslims Mosques and almost all Christian Churches are under attack on pretext of myths that these were originally Hindu temples which were demolished and mosques and churches built upon the ruins, from Taj Mahal & Jama Masjid to St. Michael & St. George Churches all are under threat of attack.

Indian constitution grants fundamental freedom to practice, promote and preach one’s religion openly and freely, yet, Narendra Modi’s Internal Affairs minister Rajnath Singh raises a question on conversion. He asked why do Christians and Muslims need to convert people? Just like Nazi Party’s ethnic cleaning, breeding back to Nordic Aryan, Narendra Modi’s BJP government has started ‘Ghar Wapsi’ or ‘Returning Home’ campaign. A simple answer is why people are converting to other religions is simple because they face inhuman discrimination against themselves.

A lower caste Hindu in State of Kerela converted to Islam simply because all though he had enough money he was not allowed to construct a concrete house, since, a lower caste person must live in straw huts, he converted to Islam to construct a house, this is the level of discrimination, and Narendra Modi’s minister is asking what is the reason for conversion?

Just like Nazi Propoganda, Narendra Modi’s government is culturally attacking minorities, they are changing education syllabus to suit their propaganda, and they are making it compulsory for all students Muslims, Christians and Sikhs to chant Hindu religious mantra (verses) on pretext of exercise and Yoga, why should yoga require chanting mantra? They are forcing students of minority communities to pray to Hindu goddess Sarasvati by chanting ‘Sarasvati Vandana’ a Hindu prayer dedicated to goddess Sarasvati.

The level of Hindufication of India could be sensed from this that Meneka Gandhi a minister in Narendra Modi’s Government has issued an order not to use any detergents, soap, disinfectant and phenyl for cleaning purposes in government institutions and offices, rather only cow urine which is considered a holy nectar in Hindu religion should be used for purpose of cleaning. Cow Urine is also being enforced for medicinal purposes.

Who knows if foreign diplomats, ambassadors, ministers, presidents etc are given cow urine mixed in their drinks and foods so that it will show its magical effects and this government could extract maximum from them through bilateral agreements etc, anyone would be forced to think so, as these people claim that cow urine is magical nectar, since these people are firm believers in spells etc.

Indian Constitution openly declares that Government has no religion of its own and India is a secular nation, no religious imposition should be forced upon people, yet, cow slaughter including bull slaughter is being imposed on people on pretext of promoting milk industry, bulk of milk comes from buffalo yet buffalo slaughter is allowed, bulls don’t provide milk yet bull slaughter is banned, it is criminalised beyond thinkable degrees, like if you even possess beef you are liable to be booked under non-bailable offense amounting to ten years rigorous imprisonment, just because beef hurts sentiments of few Hindus, why is secular government taking Hindu sentiments in consideration and forcing minorities to change their diet and religious practices? What about idolatry, astrology, casteism which hurt other’s sentiments, would this government ask Hindus to give up these?

Just like Nazi controlled mass media, Narendra Modi’s BJP government is censoring Mass Media, even Film Release Censor Board officials are replaced and now ban or scissor any content which are contrary to BJP’s ideology. Any news about protests are not allowed to air on News channel, protests against beef ban, church attacks are either diluted or altogether prohibited to be published or put on air.

Just like Nazi Propaganda was forcefully imposed Narendra Modi’s BJP government is talking about and questioning the very existence of word ‘Secularism’ in the Constitution and is committed to remove it on pretext of Uniform Civil Code, which would actually be a Hindu Code on Muslims, Christians, Sikhs etc. Sikhs are forcefully kept under Hindu code when actually they have their own religion. Nazi Conversion degrees are equivalent to Narendra Modi’s Anti Conversion Act which they are about to impose to stop conversion from Hindu to Muslim/ Christian, yet welcoming conversion from any religion into Hindu.

Just like Holocaust and Concentration Camps, Muslims are being arrested without any proper charges, fake encounters are organised, Churches are being attacked, Missionary schools are forced to include Hindu prayers, Nuns are gang raped, priests are attacked, Crosses are broken in churches and Hindu idols are placed in their places, it is officially declared that these idols miraculously appeared and are later converted to Hindu temples, riots are organised. Culprits are either let go free or petty charges are imposed on them, i.e. mere robbery for organised Church attack.

Just like Nazi declaration of Anti-Semitism, Pogrom, Genetic inferiority, Narendra Modi’s party members, even BJP’s members of parliament, go on to declare that only Hindus are legitimate, only those who worship Hindu god Ram are legitimate while others i.e. Muslims and Christians are illegitimate. Forceful re-conversion into Hindu fold are organised, Non-Hindus are publicly punished for marrying Hindus specifically Hindu girls, though the Constitution allows such civil marriages.

Just like Jews were forced by Nazis to leave Germany; Muslims and Christians are asked to leave India by taunting Muslims to go to Pakistan while Christians are asked to move to Britain. Narendra Modi’s associate Subramanian openly declared that only Hindu temples are places of worship and all mosques and churches are just buildings but not religious places. Now, Muslims are tactically forbidden from offering sacrifice Qurbani/ Zabiha during Eid Adha festival, yet, Hindu Bali to goddess Kali and Durga are promoted, these Balis go upto 40000 buffaloes in one go, all this is because, according to BJP’s Hindutva view sacrifices can only be given to Hindu gods and goddesses and not others.

Their core ideology teaches extreme hatred towards Secular Hindus, Dalits, Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Jews. Anyone who opposes their ideology is branded anti-nationals and traitors. On one hand Narendra Modi does a propaganda to follow Mahatma Gandhi on other hand his party and their supporters voice to deify Mahatma Gandhi’s murderer Nathuram Godse, and propose to build a temple for Nathuram Godse where he could be worshipped as patriot. BJP’s member of Parliament openly declared Nathuram Godse as Patriot within premises of Parliament house.

Narendra Modi and his BJP are proposing to declare Bhagwad Geeta Hindu religious book as national book of India, so Constitution of India could lose its position, Cow to be declared a national mother goddess to be worshipped by one and all, Cow Urine be declared as National drink the list goes on and on. Bhagwad Geeta is a holy book it must be respected by one and all but to declare it a national book is not appropriate.

Just like Adolf Hitler promised Germans jobs, disinflation, better lives, security, prosperity, no-corruption etc Narendra Modi on his footsteps promised Indians same things, and just like once in power Adolf Hitler and his Nazi party began their evil ideology so has Narendra Modi and BJP began their Hindutwa ideology.

There are millions of Hindus there are millions of Hindu Brahmins who are respectful and loyal like others towards high & moral ideals of Indian Constitution which include religious tolerance, secularism, religious freedom, freedom of thought, speech and expression etc. All such Hindus along with Muslims, Christians, Sikhs have become voiceless and isolated in Narendra Modi’s Nazi India!

Narendra Modi came up with promises now he’s doing something else but very dangerous, he has became national shame in eyes of ideals of our cherished constitution. He has literally shifted the capital of India to Nagpur where lies RSS’ headquarter, RSS on whom a case has been filed by a group of Sikhs in USA to declare RSS a foreign terrorist organisation. Worst is this that with such BJP ideology in mind and action Narendra Modi is asking for a permanent seat in United Nation’s Security Council!

Communalisation in India, PM Modi & CM Fadnavis

Divendra Fadnavis Chief Minister of Maharashtra State has put a ban on total beef slaughters (Cows and Bulls) could no more be slaughtered, why, because it hurts several radical Hindus not all Hindus. Protection of animals is a fake excuse, to think that the World is very stupid and won’t comprehend the real motives, because Buffaloes are allowed to be slaughtered, is this animal protection or communalisation of Secular India?

Recently, BJP lead Republic Day program deleted word ‘Secular’ from the Preamble to the constitution of India in its banner; this was a pilot test to see what reactions come up. PM Narendra Modi, BJP, this CM Fadnavis don’t want India to remain a secular nation wherein all religions Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Jain, Sikh, Parsi, Bahai and Jews, even agnostic and atheist find peace rather they want India to be a Radical Hindu Nation this is not their hidden agenda anymore but has become evident.

CM Fadnavis has cancelled allocation of quota to Muslims in Government services, Muslims in India are already below 3% or 4% in government services specially police, thus, quota was provided to let Muslims from poor families to join main stream. PM Narendra Modi & CM Fadnavis don’t want any Muslims in government services and police, thus they are doing all efforts they could do to isolate Muslims and make them second class down trodden people.

Churches in India are damaged, Christian Missionaries are harassed on daily basis & every time PM Narendra Modi’s officers say it was not hatred rather was just theft, what a theft these are when nothing is stolen but Churches stand damaged. PM Narendra Modi’s affiliates daringly and fearlessly insult Nobel Laureate Mother Teresa & they are promoted for such say, all actions against them are on some or other pretext ignored. PM Modi’s affiliates ask all Christians to leave India and they are honoured.

Mahatma Gandhi’s murderers are praised and a temple for them is proposed wherein Mahatma Gandhi’s murderers could be worshipped, these murderers are asked to be given Bharat Ratna India’s highest civilian honour and PM Modi keeps mum! RSS a radical Hindu organisation is allowed to promote and preach its agenda on national TV channel.

Ganga the famous river needs to be cleaned, that is obvious but what about other rivers? Just because Ganga is taken as a Hindu deity should be cleaned, is that environmental concern? To spit in Ganga is a crime but spitting in other rivers is not a crime, is this environmental concern? Radicals who are accused in riots against Muslims and Christians are some or other how given clean chits. Supporters of Narendra Modi are allowed to deliver hate speeches against Muslims & Christians every now and then, and no legal action is taken on them?

Education system is being changed to promote policies of BJP, this communalisation of education, which is actually brain-washing is promoted by PM Narendra Modi as upgrading of education, who is he trying to fool just Indians or the whole world along with international agencies?

Summing up what PM Narendra Modi, CM Fadnavis and all radical BJP leaders want is: All Muslims should call themselves Hindu or all Muslims should leave India and go to Pakistan. 750 mosques in India should be demolished and Hindu temples be built upon their ruins, I’m sure no sane Hindu brethren would support this motive. No Muslims should be allowed to enter any government services and police forces.

All Churches should either be demolished, shut down and temples be constructed upon their ruins. No Christian missionary should be allowed to preach Christianity in India. People should be allowed to convert from Islam and Christianity to Hinduism but no Hindu should be allowed to convert to either. Cow and bullock slaughter be banned throughout India just because it hurts several Radical Hindus sentiments. ‘Bali’ ritual sacrifice of animals by Hindu specially to goddesses Durga, Kaali and Chandi remain intact but Muslim sacrifice during Eid ul Adha (Bakri Eid) be some or other how completely stopped.

PM Narendra Modi promised Indian voters unimaginable things, he promised that every Indian will get 1500000 INR in their saving accounts from bought back black money, he promised Indians 100 smart cities, he promised Indians a corruption free state, bribe free state, he promised Indians to bring criminals back from Pakistan, he promised retaliations for martyred Indian soldiers from Pakistan, he promised to get back occupied land from China. He promised a bribery free India, he promised every youth will get decent job, no youth will remain jobless, he promised all children would get admitted to schools, grown-ups to colleges, universities, IITs, IIMs, medicals, engineering institutes etc.

He promised to safeguard Indian women from molestation, rape, discrimination, he promised women safety. He promised houses to all homeless people in India, He promised to dignify the life of Indian farmers and labourers. He promised to start new AIMSs, IIMs, IITs. He promised to run bullet trains in India. He promised water and sanitation to every Indians in dire need for those. He questioned, questioned, questioned about sixty years of misrule and kept on to assure, assure and assure about his promises, he made Indians to start day-dreaming, he called himself man with good luck, 56 inch chest’s superman, he promised to bring ‘Ache Din’ better days in India.

When he became PM he started to talk about removing article from 370, tried to force Hindi on non speakers of South India, he threatened people about uniform civil code based on Hindutva in a diverse country like India, the day dreaming he made people to watch turned into a nightmare! None of his promises even sprouted, and when asked about it in Parliament, PM Narendra Modi shamelessly declared that even UPA and Congress did exactly these and exactly those, very well, let’s assume if Congress did all these and misruled the country, why is PM Modi so keen to do the same craps? He informed people that Congress’ MNREGA scheme was a waste and he would keep it active as a tombstone to remind people of its wastage, yet he allots 50000000000 INR in that very scheme, absurd!

Indian farmers are committing suicides because of mental breakdown rather than providing counselling for them PM Modi legalised it to commit suicide. Indian children are hungry and PM Modi who alone has concern for their hunger wears 1000000 INR dresses for himself.

PM Modi and his subordinates like CM Fadnavis who have sole agenda to convert India into a Radical Hindu Nation, have started to work on their project. They have made arrangement that no Muslims should enter government services or police. They have set their targets on all mosques and churches to demolish them, they have arranged to bring anti conversion law which prevents anyone from leaving Hindu religion but would allow Christians and Muslims to get converted to Hindu religion. They have criminalised slaughter of cows and bulls to satisfy radical Hindus on pretext of animal protection but have allowed buffalo slaughter. Their party members even asked to boycott films having Muslim actors. They call minorities as bastards and stray puppies.

No sane, intelligent, patriot Hindu would ever want to harm religious minorities in India or destroy the secular fabric of our beloved country. No sane Hindu would ever want to harm the pillars of high ideals on which our constitution stands. All sane Hindus want to live peacefully with other minorities in India and flourish and reap fruits of good life. But PM Narendra Modi, people like CM Fadnavis etc have sometime hidden and sometime evident agenda to damage this environment, they want to communalise the atmosphere. Radical Hindu is as dangerous as a terrorist Muslim. They bring bad names to Hinduism and Islam. This is our country and we must safeguard it from external terrorism on one hand and internal radicalisation on other hand. Jai Hind!

Minor Rapists & Consensual Sex With Minor Girls

How do we treat juvenile rapists, has become a big question in front of us! One faction says with rape the juvenility of rapist cease to exist. A juvenile who is capable to penetrate has crossed the boundaries of childhood and has matured into an adult. Thus, a juvenile who rapes must be treated as an adult criminal.

Here, what we are doing is; we are defining the parameter of maturity on capability of erection and penetration rather than age. We must answer this question before we proceed to uphold this view. That is, what would we do if extremely minor child (rarest of rare case) who has become sexually capable to penetrate forms a part of gang which raped a woman, say a child of ten or twelve years old? Anatomically, it is possible for such minors to get erections required for penetrations.

Suppose, if age to be dealt as adult in crime as of rape is decreased to sixteen from eighteen, what would be the scenario if fifteen or fourteen years old boy becomes an accused in future gang rapes?

Thus, mere capability to penetrate would be ambiguous and vary with accused to accused and we will fail to mark a specific boundary line, only age factor can do the job properly. There are some limitations of law and such case could fit into limitations of it.

Another point is that whether the juvenile rapist committed the rape all alone, were planning or intention and force is involved; or formed a part of gang in which other adult accused were involved. And they were these adult rapists who allured (pleasure or proof of manhood etc) the juvenile to join them as co-criminal is a big question, in this scenario, what should we say, was the co-criminal juvenile mentally fit enough to comprehend the action and its consequence on his and victim’s life?

Another issue is that there are ample cases of men who fall in love with under-eighteen girls, they have consensual sexual relations. Indian laws states even consensual sexual relation with an under eighteen girl is kidnapping and rape. Numerous men are accused in such criminal cases where they had consensual sexual relations with under-eighteen girls only to be held accused of rape later on.

Here, there is a double standard in our outlook. When an under-eighteen boy rapes a woman, a lot of voices in India ask to treat him as an adult, reason for the same being he is mentally capable enough to comprehend what he is doing. But, when same age under eighteen girls has consensual sexual relations with a man, that man is a rapist in eyes of Indian laws.

Here, isn’t the girl too mentally capable enough to comprehend what she is doing? Then why should we hold her partner as rapist? Our Constitution asks us not to discriminate on grounds of gender as well, isn’t this discrimination purely on grounds of gender?

I do not support rape or sexual offences on women or girls, in any manner, rape and sexual offenses are crimes from all angles. What I want to say is if a minor rapist should be treated as adult criminal, how can minor girl be considered as victims when she had consensual sexual relation with a man who is accused of rapes later on?
