Now, its Mulayam Singh v/s English in Parliament

Mulayam Singh Yadav a senior member of parliament of India has proposed to ban use of English in Parliament.

Well, Hindi has a lot of speakers in India but not all Indians speak Hindi. And if Hindi is enforced on them it creates a sense of insecurity in minds of Indians who don't speak Hindi. Likewise, any regional language also induces a sense of inconvenience to Hindi speakers, and they feel Hindi is being isolated.

I don't know why, but English doesn't create such sense of insecurity or inconvenience issue in minds of any Indian. English is taken as secular language and its empirically proven that only English does the job of unification in India. If English is isolated from mainstream in India no other language can earn goodwill which English has, thus they would result in insecurity, inconvenience which is just opposite of Indian ethos.

Constitution of India is written in English, English version is widely used, it is really absurd to say such a thing that English should be banned from Parliament. The member chooses his/her language and this is constitutional freedom.

If Mulayam Singh Yadav speaks in Hindi well and good, but if another member prefer English, constitutionally no one should have problem.

Putting ban on English in Parliament is unconstitutional and there is no such provision to be proposed or legislated.

World, come laugh on India, 1000 tonne gold!

Indian constitution, the Supreme law of India, has in its Article 51 A (h) as a fundamental duty: to develop Scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;

Archeological Survey of India (ASI), which comes under Ministry of Culture of Government of India has started excavation at Unnao/ Dhaundia Kheda a village in Uttar Pradesh state of India, the amazing part is a ‘Sadhu’ a Hindu monk named Sobhan Sarkar saw in a dream the soul/ spirit of a 19th century king called Raja Ram Rao Bux Singh, the soul/ spirit of the king informed him that the nearby fort has 1000 tonne (1000000 kg) of gold buried at 12 feet below the fort’s temple.

No maps, no manuscripts just nothing, to be precise without any scientific temper; Archeological Survey of India started its excavation work to acquire 1000 tonne (1000000 kg) gold. ASI is run by men who are so called highly talented doctorate holders, Dr. this and Dr. that. World, just look what kind of study they possess, they work on basis of dreams of a Hindu monk, not on basis of archeology or science.

Ministers, including Chief Minister of State too stood with Hindu monk, and believed in the dream. The monk later said if they don’t dig according to his guidelines the gold will vanish away, later he said call Indian army to dig, is this scientific temper?

Indian media all channels went there to cover the story, the myth; Indian media tries to show it is highly intellectual and scientific tempered, their presence and coverage shows what mentality they as well have. There is just no 1000000 kg gold, it’s so stupid to believe in all this claims. Let them dig for 12 feet to reap the result of working on basis of Sadhu’s dreams. I would appreciate if the authorities are suspended for undertaking such stupidity. They have no ethical basis to sit on chair which need scientific tempered scholars, who are highly educated.

There would be some reason why India was called as ‘country of snake charmers’ by Britishers. And probably why we are still developing because our govt. agencies, ministers and bureaucrats posses such stupid mentalities to work on basis of dreams of monks.

Word 'Allah' is not a Muslim monopoly, Malaysian court reconsider decree!

The Word 'Allah' is an Arabic term for God, since, Holy Qur'an was revealed in Arabic language it uses the term 'Allah' for God. Pre-Islamic Arabs who were Pagans, Jews and Christians used the term 'Allah' even before the proclamation of Islam. Even today Arabs who are either Jews or Christians use the term 'Allah' in their prayers and conversations. Holy Bible in Arabic language also uses the term 'Allah'. These conveys that word 'Allah' is not within Muslim monopoly.

In Holy Qur'an, Allah declares himself 'Rab ul Aalameen' that is 'Lord of all Universes/ Worlds', Allah also declares himself as 'Al Khaaliq' that is The Creator. So for a Muslim it is must to believe that Allah is the sole Creator of all; including those who don't follow Islam, and Allah is also Lord of all those who are not following Islam.

Now, if a person who doesn't follow Islam recognizes his Creator and refers Him as 'Allah', shouldn't Muslim be happy with that? Of course, Muslims or any Arab can take objection if word 'Allah' is used in an insulting manner, but if someone is using it with reverence, on what grounds can an objection be raised?

A Malaysian court has decreed that Non-Muslims can't use word 'Allah' as it creates confusion, Malaysian court should take reference that no court of law (or any human made institution) can assume its ownership on domains of Allah, that is His name, His religion etc. Because Allah is sole Owner of His Domains. Thus, Malaysian court should reconsider its decree in this regard.

Hebrew language also uses this term as 'Wallah' which is an Arabic origin term associated with word 'Allah'. Word 'Allah' is an Arabic term which Holy Qur'an also includes, but Muslims have no monopoly over it. Everyone regardless of religion and ethnicity are free to use the term, if they uses the term with reverence. Muslims should rather be happy with the increment in the usage.

Experimental legislations in India

Well, dynamism is a good force to achieve far reaching goals and get transformed into a successful nation. But what is happening in India is something else rather contrary. Dynamism needs to be backed with proper planning; this is what is lacking in current Indian scenario.

We have grown dynamic and want rudimentary makeup around us to get changed, but we have forgotten that being dynamic is not our motive in transforming India, our motive is to really transform the scenario in India, a result oriented goal.

What is happening is there is too much experimental legislation being bought up, this are claimed as symbol of dynamism. Legislation doesn’t show up its unintended results in two three days, if too many experimental legislations are bought up and when they begin to show up their unintended side effect it would really be too late for India to be able to recover.

I feel what is happening in India in name of dynamism is what Mohammed Bin Tughluq the Delhi Sultan had done in past and had to fail due to his experimental legislation. We need planning and testing, that is research and development in field of legislation, and develop a prototype before any legislation is fully implemented on entire nation. Legislation should not come up as result of acute public demand and public anger over some issue.

Experimental legislation should be given up, a planned researched and developed legislation which had been tested over a particular region be applied to entire nation. Our nation runs on public money and when experimental legislation which is finally taken back (annulled or challenged and stayed) results in wastage of public money, we are not in position to afford it now, so better take precautions, next time we come up with idea of experimental legislation due to public demand and public anger. Indian law has no provision for referendum, no need to fall prey to acute public demand and anger specifically if that demand and anger vanishes more acutely.

Narendra Modi, BJP’s PM project, Genocide and US

Rajnath Singh’s announcement of Narendra Modi as BJP’s PM candidate clarified how clear BJP’s administration is. Person like L K Advani who was deputy PM during ruling years of NDA is not even taking part in candidate’s discussion shows what democratic principles BJP talks about.

RSS, of which BJP distances itself several times and on several issues, gave dictat and Narendra Modi is unquestioned authority. Narendra Modi who drove the carriage of L K Advani’s Rath Yatra has walked further leaving the Rath (Charriot) behind, this has made L K Advani upset, who probably desired his name after all he was once deputy PM during NDA’s government.

Modi is accused of Gujarat Genocide which resulted in riots and lives of hundreds of people, Hindus and Muslims. Riots were purely communal riots, and Modi is accused of having parts in its instigation. While he was Gujarat’s CM and riots happened, the then PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee himself showed his disapproval of Modi’s administration. Now Modi would succeed a person like Atal Bihari Vajpayee, it is a shame.

Modi was denied entry into state of Bihar by Lalu Prasad Yadav. Oh! This is not the epitome; Narendra Modi has been denied the Visa of United States of America, all because of accusations. Modi is perfect failure as CM in gaining clear image in eyes of one and all. Riots happen but the CMs are usually not accused; usually because they are not seen involved, Modi is accused, this is a big image to depict Modi as failure.

Latest in news was JDU and Nitish Kumar broke their alliance of many years with BJP on Modi’s candidature, this they did to show they are not with those who are so communal, who speak so shameless words and compare people’s lives with dog’s lives. Amitabh Bachan, also took objection when his previous records were projected in Modi’s current advertisement. Modi also gave an impostor’s claim when he said he bought back 15000 Gujaratis only Gujaratis who were strucked in Kedarnath’s recent calamity. BJP is such a cheap party that in all its stock it didn’t got any other face as BJP’s PM candidate.

The celebration tried best to hide all these but Modi who few days back had once again given an impostors comment that he don’t desire PM’s candidature mesmerized in happiness as if he has already become PM or NDA has already won 2014 election. If Modi is RSS’ choice, RSS can itself contest election in its own name and project Modi as its candidate, why use BJP’s platform and hurt sentiments of BJP leaders like Advani and other alliance parties of BJP? Advani was right candidate for BJP, others who had been in ministry during NDA were also appropriate, but seems RSS would surely drown BJP this time. It will for sure help India, I don’t know whether to thank RSS or not.
